Red Dead Redemption 2 will not start with maximum settings in 4K and 60 FPS on any Nvidia video card

The maximum resolution at 60 frames per second and ultra-high settings will not even pull the RTX 2080Ti.

According to Nvidia, the GeForce RTX 2080Ti graphics card will launch the PC version of Red Dead Redemption 2 at medium-high settings with a resolution of 3840x2160p and a frame rate of 60 FPS.

To play at high settings at a resolution of 1920x1080p Nvidia recommends using the RTX 2060 graphics card, and at a resolution of 2560x1440p – RTX 2070 SUPER.

Nvidia also emphasized that there will be around 40 settings in Red Dead Redemption 2 on the PC. Their high level at 4K and 60 FPS can be provided by a special driver that the company released for the release of RDR 2 on a PC – after installing it, the resolution 3264x1836p or 2880x1620p will be scaled to 4K.

The PC version of Red Dead Redemption 2 will be released on November 5 – the game is already available for preload. Western will appear on the Rockstar Games Launcher, Epic Games Store and Humble Store, while the Steam release will take place in December 2019.
