This is the third best start in the region for 2019.
A remake of Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled was released on PS4, Xbox and Switch on June 21. Thus, the game Beenox and Activision climbed to the first line of the British retail charts in just three days of sales.
The game showed the second best start in the history of the franchise, behind only N Sane Trilogy, as well as the third best start in the British retail in 2019. Only Days Gone and Resident Evil 2 had better rates in the region.
Starting sales of Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled were also four times higher than the direct competitor Team Sonic Racing for the same period.
In the top ten of the Nitro-Fueled chart, the only new game. Released on June 18th, Metropolitan Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night ranked 17th, but for this project it can be considered a success.
Otherwise, due to the lack of major releases, the chart looks familiar – with FIFA 19, GTA V and Red Dead Redemption 2 in the top.
