Schreier: Ubisoft’s cooperative shooter at E3 will be a Rainbow Six Quarantine with a focus on PvE

A game in the style of Breath of the Wild – RPG rather than action-adventure.

On June 6, Kotaku editor Jason Schreier said that a cooperative shooter from the remnants of the restarted Pioneer, as well as an adventure in the spirit of Breath of the Wild, will be announced at E3 2019 during the Ubisoft presentation.

During the day, this information was corrected by both Schriyer himself and Daniel Ahmad, an analyst, with the blogger Nibel.

Cooperative shooter, according to insiders, will be released in the Rainbow Six franchise and will be called Quarantine.

Perhaps this is not the final name. The game itself will be focusing on PvE, and it is likely that Ubisoft decided to give the green light to this concept after the success of the Outbreak zombie event held in Siege.

As for the game, which sources Schreier compared with Breath of the Wild, then it was only a visual style. Conceptually, this is a small scale RPG, not an action adventure.

The presentation of Ubisoft will begin on June 11 at 23:00. Of the new games, the company will definitely show Watch Dogs Legion and Ghost Recon Breakpoint.
