Belarusians have developed a quadcopter for $ 7,200 for smuggling cigarettes

Employees of the Department of Financial Investigations of KGC detained several Belarusians who were creating and selling illegal unmanned vehicles. Among other things, with the help of the drone, its customers moved smuggled cigarettes to the EU countries, the broadcasting company Grodno reports .

The cost of quadcopter – $ 7200. The machine is able to lift 20 kilograms of cargo and move it up to a distance of 10 kilometers. Management was carried out using a laptop and through GPS-navigation. Those who wish were available and models with more modest characteristics and price. Buyers found through the Internet.

A criminal case was initiated against manufacturers and sellers of drones. Criminals face up to three years in prison.
