Revenue key appliance manufacturer Apple fell 8%

The Taiwanese company Foxconn announced a drop in revenue of eight percent in December last year. This company Reuters calls the key manufacturer of technology Apple. It can be assumed that the deterioration in performance is due to less high demand for the iPhone than the Cupertine expected.

It is noted that for Foxconn December revenue decline was the first since February of the same year. The company explained the situation with a general decline in the consumer electronics market. At the same time, annual sales compared with 2017 improved by 12.5%.

Foxconn is engaged in the production of electronics. In addition to cooperation with Apple, the company manufactures products for Canon, Sony, Amazon, Intel, and other large corporations.

Earlier this year, Apple published a letter in which it said that the new iPhones are not selling as well as originally expected. It also became known that Cupertins reduced the production of smartphones by 10%
