Be Aware Moto G5 Plus is facing the issue, users cannot dial 911 for the emergency services

Moreover, it is expected that the new updates will be released in next week, but during the given time period you can turn off Verizon’s Enhanced 4G LTE Mode from your Moto 5 Plus. The settings include the following steps:

  1. Tap Settings from the home screen or app drawer.
  2. Scroll down and tap the ‘More option’
  3. Tap Wireless & Network.
  4. Tap Cellular Networks.
  5. Ensure that Enhanced 4G LTE Mode is turned off.

The user must know the other fact, when you turn off the VoLTE feature, users cannot enjoy the voice and data at the same time. Meanwhile, you can make a call to 911 in case of any emergency.

The users who didn’t see the feature of Enhanced 4G LTE Mode in their Moto 5 Plus, advised connecting the Verizon to make sure that, the feature is properly activated in their smartphones.
